We are now recruiting for a people focused Manager to run the Maltsters in Cheshunt Are you ready to take on the role of GM in a community pub? We're on the lookout for a passionate and people-driven person to run The Maltsters -a gem of a pub on the doorstep of Cheshunt Train Station. The ideal candidate will be someone ready to take this well-loved venue to even greater heights and ensure it remains a cornerstone of the community This traditional two-bar operation is at the heart of the community, offers live Sky and TNT Sports, a bustling public bar, with pool & darts and a cosy, sociable lounge bar. As a 100% wet-led pub, The Maltsters has a vibrant atmosphere, and we're seeking someone with the energy and vision to elevate its popularity even further.   • Understanding the guests needs and responding to market demand.
  • Flawless execution of the offer

    Salary of up to 31,500 per annum live-in, dependant on experience
