Full Job Description

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the hotel
  • Being operational while working together with other heads of departments to support them in running their areas
  • Covering various HOD roles when absences occur.
  • Helping to develop the business by expanding our current outlet offerings
  • Be proactive in training and developing the team and leading with exceptional customer service

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel operations work well under pressure and able to Multi-task priorities.

    We have an exciting new vacancy for a General Operations Assistant to join our team at The Prince of Wales Hotel in Southport. This 154-room hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southport on the main shopping street of Southport and just a short walk to the nearby train station and Southport Beach
