General Operative

Role: This role is to ensure that the manufactured products meet the required quality standards and to maintain and facilitate the removal and packaging of the production from the machines.,

• Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times by checking the product for defects
• Ensure product once inspected is placed into packaging with relevant labels a lift taken on the Polybutylene and displayed for gauging
• Ensure all relevant data is captured / collected and entered onto appropriate systems (BARCO, PRODUCTION & IFS9)
• When product is booked onto system and the relevant forms / labels issued the product can be moved to W.I.P./ finished goods yard
• Continuous improvement ideas put forward for implementation
• Ensure a clean and safe working area for yourself and others
• Ensure all waste products are separated into their designated containers
• Ensure all scrap products / sprues are reground in accordance to the SSW and making sure that no cross contamination occurs. Material then to be passed onto Hopper operative

  £11.65 per hour plus £2.50 per hour for hours worked between 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Monday - Friday 3 shifts, 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm / 10:00pm - 6:00am
