General Practitioner - Tonbridge PCN

To perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently and with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within a primary care setting. As a newly or recently qualified GP, you will benefit from daily support from experienced GP colleagues The role involves both clinical and administrative work which are based on the EMIS clinical system, which is used by all of our PCN practices. Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence. To be professionally accountable and responsible for all elements of clinical practice in accordance with the GMC code of conduct ensuring the safety of patients and quality of their care is primary. Attend and participate in meetings including significant Event Meetings, educational meetings, Salaried GP meets and social events. Clinical meetings option of remotely attending via MS Teams. Extended Hours/IA sessions shared on a pro rata basis across all practice/PCN staff. The post holder will need to be capable of independent travel across the Tonbridge area and work flexibly to meet the needs of the Business.

• Must be within 2 years of CCT and not yet held a salaried post within a GP practice.
