Full Job Description
- Work on flat roofing systems, carrying out installation, repair, and renewal projects for domestic, commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.
- Perform high-quality work on a variety of buildings, including traditional structures, new builds, and other small projects.
- Collaborate with a professional team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining work processes and offering support throughout the project.
- Confidently provide quotes for remedial work as needed, maintaining our high standards of professionalism.
Flat roofing experience is essential, with all levels of experience considered-from junior roofers and labourers eager to learn to experienced professionals. - Familiarity with materials and methods used in flat roofing systems is a plus, but we offer training and development for less experienced applicants.
- Strong work ethic, with a professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- For subcontractors, the ability to work reliably and flexibly on a project-by-project basis.
