General Services Manager

As a General Services Manager at Sodexo, you are a strategic leader responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of designated services to our client organisation. • Manage the delivery of services to meet agreed specifications and service standards, both qualitatively and financially
• Coordinate and direct activities across all service lines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective stock and asset control
• Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high standards of service delivery
  
  Proven experience managing a team to deliver high-quality service
• Excellent client and customer relationship management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• IT literate and financially astute
• IOSH Managing Safely certification
