Geophysicist - Offshore Wind - Outside of IR35

Kent is looking to hire a Geophysicist on a 0-hour contract, the suitable candidate can be based remotely or in any of our UK offices. The successful candidate must have offshore wind experience. Key Deliverables:

• Ground modelling - all tasks associated with ground modelling e.g. import of geo data to interpretation software, QA of data, integrated seismic and geotechnical interpretation/ mapping, unitization, depth conversion etc.
• Geological features and geohazards mapping e.g. boulder picking, faults, seismic anomalies, shallow gas, seabed features, seabed mobility, scour, liquefaction, seismicity, hard and softs soils etc.
• Anthropogenic constraints and risk mapping
• Report writing including GIS mapping and products.
• Geophysical survey scope and design
• QI and seismic inversion products
• Data conversions, scripts, coding, if needed
