As a German Speaking Junior Sales Support, you ll play a key role in supporting the European account management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client interactions across German-speaking markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone calls and web chats from clients in Germany and Switzerland.
- Supporting with administrative tasks, such as booking travel, managing documents and coordinating with installers for project updates and photos.
- Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Sending out Trustpilot review requests and completing booking forms as required.
