As a GIRFT Productivity Lead the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the South East Integrated Care Systems to reduce unwarranted variation in the provision of services.
The postholder will support delivery of an effective service supporting managers and staff across the South East Integrated Care Systems to improve productivity and efficiency
The role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery and will include working with designated ICSs to improve productivity and efficiency through use of the Model Health System platform and other data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement as well as sharing good practice for adopt and adapt in other systems., + Responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day relationships across the allocated ICS and their providers as a member of the improvement team.
+ Act as the primary contact point with GIRFT Coordinators, Clinicians and local management within the designated ICSs on clinical benchmarking and standards, providing guidance and support.
+ Ensure identification and escalation of best practice and outliers to the GIRFT Senior Programme Manager for action and spread of good practice.
+ Maintaining oversight of GIRFT governance within provider Trusts and within ICS structures., + Understanding of clinical and operational data, particularly relating to identification and management of variance
+ Knowledge of clinical specialties and clinical processes
+ Responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day relationships across the allocated ICS and their providers as a member of the improvement team.
+ Act as the primary contact point with GIRFT Coordinators, Clinicians and local management within the designated ICSs on clinical benchmarking and standards, providing guidance and support.
