What Your Role Is
Manage the development of insight-driven Category growth strategy on our Global Platforms within the International Brand Development Team, highlighting the needs of our shoppers and customers.
You will own the Category Strategy and Vision Development and launch, including POP Vision
Champion the Shopper and Customer agenda in the BDT, while leading the development of Category Selling Story blueprint for Innovation, Renovation and PPA initiatives in our International Markets.
Ensure the integration of Category Strategy into Brand Strategy and Plans, and drive portfolio optimisation with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will have a performance Record of at least 3 years with extensive Category Management and Category Strategy Experience, which will translate in sound Strategic Understanding, commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership. You are self motivated to create and manage the agenda, and great at engaging and influencing others.
