We are seeking a Global IT Communications and Change Senior Manager to be a key member of the team. As Global IT Communications & Change Senior Manager, you'll help our people feel a meaningful connection between their impact and our purpose, digital strategy, and products - fostering a strong sense of belonging and pride. You'll help drive engagement and alignment of our strategic digital priorities, helping create clarity for people on their contribution to these. This highly valued role will partner closely with global IT and Digital teams, our wider communication and change network, as well as internal customers. Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Operate as a trusted, strategic business partner to members of our IT Leadership team, to effectively plan and deliver integrated communications that address business challenges, customer needs, and the opportunities our Digital strategy brings.
  • Create compelling and impactful content that engages, inspires, and connects people across the organization.
  • Play a key role in the build-up and rollout of our IT culture, recognition, and brand identity campaign.
  • Partner with our People team to further develop our onboarding materials to ensure new joiners are welcomed into our function and understand our strategy, culture, and ways of working.
  • Develop metrics to measure and demonstrate the return on investment from communications activities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  • YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Collaborating with IT leaders and teams to drive a consistent, impactful and strategically aligned communication narrative and plan.
  • Effectively integrating and providing an end-to-end view of the communication landscape across various teams.
  • Solving challenges arising from a distributed network of teams with partial communication responsibilites, ensuring consistency in quality and encouraging cross-team collaboration and coherence.
  • Crafting clear, compelling communications tailored to various internal audiences, promoting transparency and engagement with the IT Function's goals and initiatives.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjusting based on feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Championing a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, encouraging feedback and participation from all levels of the organization.
  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Proven track record in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing key stakeholders on communication best practice, tone of voice, and engagement approach.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil technical concepts into clear, engaging messages.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and building community.
  • At a minimum you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in communications and change, preferably within IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of leading change management efforts for large-scale culture and transformation projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
