The 'Global Client Executive' oversees the go-to-market strategy and virtual team for a major customer in the UK & Ireland. This role requires effective global sales coordination. As a result-driven Global Account leader, you will lead sales execution to achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives. By promoting a team-based selling approach, you ensure successful sales motions across NetApp's hybrid cloud and cloud portfolio, delivering customer value. Key Outcomes

  • Maximize NetApp's hybrid cloud and cloud-native portfolio for revenue growth.
  • Develop unique strategies to gain a competitive advantage by understanding long-term market needs.
  • Lead sales operations to achieve superior performance, including improved margins and go-to-market processes.
  • Execute profitable sales strategies to expand revenue and build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
  • Bring innovative ideas to disrupt customer mindset and highlight NetApp's value proposition.
  • Collaborate effectively with strategic partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Proven experience in leading high-performing account teams.
  • Ability to exceed goals and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of how technology solutions address business challenges.
  • Familiarity with evolving IT infrastructure, including public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid architectures.
  • Successful sales track record in the enterprise technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global sales strategies for strategic customer segments.
  • Effective communication skills with a passion for inspiring teams., Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPI's
  • Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or Cloud
