Full Job Description

  • Responsible for accurate monthly reforecasting of DTC sales by territory
  • Accountable to ensure the Junior Trading Manager has accurately forecasted our retail channels
  • Detailed analysis on Global SKU performance across all channels versus forecast and versus plan, proposing actions and influencing across-functionally
  • NPD planning on new product launches
  • Events, promotion and GWP analysis using a pre versus post format
  • Own trade week in and week out, driving the commercial performance across all teams, detailing their weekly actions and holding them to account on hitting those actions
  • Own our business commercial KPI's including, customer retention, AOV, CVR, order frequency and overall sales performance. You are responsible for driving this performance businesswide!
  • Along with our PD team, set RRP's and lead in RRP's analysis to ensure our products are correctly priced in the market, reviewing our products at SKU and collection level.
  • Pinpoint critical analysis; Core vs NPD, new vs returning customer, Hero vs Rising star SKU's, by region, informing and guiding the wider business on performance.
  • Lead cross functional planning on key promotional moments such as BFCM.

    The Global Commercial Manager (maternity cover) is responsible for owning the commercial performance of the business. This role is particularly appealing to those who have had an e-commerce, merchandising or analytical background and are keen to drive the commercial performance of REFY.
  • They own the forecasting and planning for the business. This includes monthly sales reforecasting by channel (DTC / Retail), New Product forecasting, analysis on trading actions such as GWP's and events. You'll be an excellent communicator in breaking down complex analysis into digestible format. You'll love working cross-functionally with multiple teams including brand marketing, paid social, CRM, E-Commerce and Demand planning. You're role will be to ensure we are hitting commercial plans week in and week out. Being able to get to grips with analysis of performance quickly and influence the right teams at the right time will be key! They must be able to think both strategically to hit the long term goals of the business and also tactically to affect change on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in a DTC/Retail business and be familiar with forecasting sales across multiple channels.,
  • 7+ years experience in a DTC/retail business
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
  • Proven competence and experience working with Shopify
  • Clear evidence of experience working across multiple teams
  • Commercially and analytically minded.
