Global Ethics and Corporate Compliance (Programme) Manager

The Ethics and Corporate Compliance Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the development of the Turner & Townsend global Ethics and Corporate Compliance programmes. This is a global role and will involve supporting the Global Ethics and Corporate Compliance Director and Global Head of Risk Management with engagement and implementation of these programmes across our regions and business segments.,

• Facilitating and supporting the implementation and sustainment of the Ethics and Corporate Compliance programme ('E&C programme') across Turner & Townsend, using a centre of excellence model that facilitates our regions and segments delivering the programme;
• Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring Turner & Townsend business objectives are achieved ethically and in compliance with our policies and the law.
• Assisting with the identification of gaps in compliance policy and procedures and helps develop solutions;
• Working with the Global Ethics and Corporate Compliance Director to shape the vision and direction of the E&C programmes globally, taking ownership on priority projects;
• Leading on communication and training initiatives to support implementation of the E&C programme, including driving an Ethical business culture in accordance with Our Code of conduct
