If this sounds like you, then you could be the brand-new Head of Total Rewards vacancy for the Regal Cineworld Group. You will work closely with our Chief Human Resources Officer, Ben Hill to strategise, design and execute a brand-new rewards program across our territories from the USA to the UK & Ireland and Eastern Europe that will help us attract, retain and engage top talent. What will you be doing? Strategy Development:

  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, culture, and values.
  • Compensation Management:
  • You will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity-based compensation plans.
  • You will lead the development and administration of job family levels and salary structures, selection and participation in compensation surveys, and development of job description processes and formats to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, process efficiency, and compliance.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • You will lead the evaluation, enhancement, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, paid time-off, and other perks.
  • You will oversee the development and administration of all employee benefit programs, ensuring efficient service delivery, and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Recognition and Rewards:
  • You will develop and implement innovative recognition and rewards programs to foster a culture of appreciation and engagement, driving employee motivation and performance.
  • You will design or participate in the design of all variable reward programs, including those for executive, sales, research, and other groups.
  • Global Compliance:
  • You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing compensation, benefits, and employment practices in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
  • You will oversee internal and external compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Data Analytics:
  • You will utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize program performance.
  • You will manage relationships with external consultants and vendors to support total rewards programs.
  • Vendor Management:
  • You will manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to support the delivery of total rewards programs and services.
  • You will ensure cost-effective programs through efficient vendor management.
  • Communication and Education:
  • You will develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards offerings, policies, and initiatives, promoting understanding and engagement.
  • You will lead and develop a high-performing global total rewards team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • You must have strong commercial experience in leadership positions where you have designed, built, implemented and managed total global rewards programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance; whilst gaining a strong understanding of global market dynamics. An academic or vocational qualification in a related subject would be a bonus.
