Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage international projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:
HR Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation of global HR projects, such as new HR systems, policies, or initiatives. This involves setting project goals, developing project plans, and managing the project's timeline, resources, and budget.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with HR teams in various locations to ensure consistent implementation and adherence to global HR standards. This involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the project.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the HR project and develop mitigation strategies. This involves foreseeing potential obstacles and creating contingency plans.

Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and progress. This includes developing and implementing a communication plan that ensures all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.

Training and Support: Organise training and support activities to help employees and HR teams understand and adapt to new systems or policies. This could include developing training materials, organizing training sessions, and providing ongoing support.

Evaluation: Monitor the progress of HR projects, evaluate their effectiveness, and adjust, as necessary. This includes collecting feedback, analysing data, and making informed decisions to ensure the success of the HR project.

Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. This includes maintaining records of project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and other relevant documents

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
