Global HRIS Solutions Manager (Maternity Cover)

To help drive and support the ongoing roll out of the Workday platform and its accompanying support model / data strategy, The Global HRIS Solutions Manager will support the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders in order to deliver business critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects

• Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe
• Be a subject matter expert on Workday Time and attendance functionality. Support existing time and attendance
Requirements
• Apply advanced Workday knowledge to help support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe
• Be a subject matter expert on Workday Absence or Time Tracking functionality and keen to expand knowledge to other complementing modules such as Workday Payroll
• Support existing time and attendance configuration and developed amendments in line with regulatory / other changes
• Lead on configuration design and development for Workday based initiatives: Data Structures, Business Processes, Time and attendance configuration and security role design
• Create and manage EIB data loading strategies both for roll outs and 'BAU' mass data initiatives
• Support key Workday clients and other stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover and support phases of initiatives.
• Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support / cyclical process support as and when required
• Act as super user for payroll related absence / time and attendance support
• Deliver system enhancements and help manage the cyclical Workday update processes / tenant maintenance processes
• Lead on implementation / design workshops as and when required
• Support in test phases by drafting / writing test scripts and using other adjacent toolkits where applicable
• Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy
