Global Innovation Manager - Beauty Tech Incubator

We are looking for a dynamic Global Innovation Manager can navigate the intersection of beauty and technology and can guide initiatives that offer personalised and impactful experiences to consumers both online and in-store.,

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer-centric, technology-enabled Test and Learn programmes, embracing a learn-through-doing approach with drive.


• Collaborate with our teams (across No7 Beauty Company and Boots) and external tech partners to conceptualise consumer-facing trials across our brand portfolio.


• Validate consumer desirability, technical feasibility, and commercial viability for scale, in order to improve incremental revenue.


• Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of trials and improve performance and key metrics.


• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and experimentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve awareness of the Beauty Incubator and our beauty tech trials.
