For this role you will have the opportunity to research, propose, develop and co-ordinate the delivery of successful global brand marketing communications programmes to build brand awareness and high-quality lead generation. This is a hybrid working opportunity, 2 to 3 days in our HQ office in Abingdon (Oxfordshire) with occasional international travel.,

  • Devise and implement global marketing communication programs working in collaboration with product managers and regional teams to define key metrics and measure launch effectiveness across each product and market segment, maximizing brand visibility and demand generation.
  • Lead global product launches coordinating cross-functional teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring seamless execution to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation across all regions.
  • Manage creative development of marketing communications material to create awareness, deliver high quality leads, and support sales in achieving targets.
  • Implement the content marketing plan as part of the inbound/integrated marketing strategy, e.g case studies, white papers, applications notes, blog posts.
  • Content creation for CRM database marketing programs working alongside the digital marketing team to create targeted marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive demand generation.
  • Support the digital team in ideation and copywriting for innovative social media programs to keep the brand story fresh and engaging across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Support and guide regional marcomm colleagues with best practice, planning, distributor partner support and remedial/opportunistic activities.
  • Research and maintain press database of key international trade press, identifying opportunities and drafting relevant feature stories.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting and other administrative duties as required.
  • Effectively plan and manage the global marcomm spend for your areas of responsibility.
  • Internal and distributor partner communication on brand activity.
  • Ad-hoc corporate communication projects as required.

    Educated to degree level, ideally but not necessarily within a marketing-based discipline with minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing communications role.
  • Integrated campaign planning excellence.
  • Highly experienced in the latest digital, inbound, content and social media marketing practice.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, able to work at speed with attention to detail.
  • Experience of scripting, shooting and editing video.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Good understanding of SEO and online advertising (PPC).
  • Understanding of creative production processes - print advertising, video production process and mobile apps.
  • Agency management.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with additional languages a benefit.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and B2B marketing for demand generation.
  • Experienced in the traditional marketing channels of PR and event management.
  • Account based marketing experience a plus.
  • Self-starter, can do attitude
