Full Job Description

Therefore, we are currently looking for a passionate, proven learning leader and experienced client service professional to oversee the strategy, design, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and delivery of our priority initiative to rapidly upskill our MDPs on distinctive expertise and behaviors. We are looking for someone who has deep understanding of the client service culture and values, as well as the Practice Area context; a passion for innovation, business responsiveness, and operational efficiency and excellence. You will lead the strategic planning and execution of our global MDP upskilling initiatives. You will own the development and execution of the upskilling agenda at the biannual Worldwide Officers Meetings (WWOM), liaising closely with multiple stakeholders at the Global and Regional leadership levels to ensure alignment with firm goals. You will own the execution of the annual TURBO campaign to rapidly upskill MDPs in priority commercial and enablement topics defined by the firm's leadership. You may be called up to lead the management of other strategic initiatives (for example the redisgn of an as needed The role is an exciting blend of strategic thinking, thought partnership with senior firm and business leaders, cross-function collaboration, design, and contribution to our ongoing L&D Transformation. It involves integrating top-tier internal and external content to deliver impactful learning experiences that address the most pressing needs of BCG's leadership. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the upskilling experience for the owners of the firm and contribute to their commercial and leadership success at BCG., Develop an in-depth understanding of the MDP role, experience, and development needs; serve as a thought partner with L&D senior leaders and firm leaders on this topic.

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of the TURBO campaign globally, supporting the firm's leadership in defining the campaign's strategy and partnering with the topic owners, PAs and Regional CoS to ensure a full roll-out
  • Orchestrate the learning experience across multiple channels, including regional and local MDPs meetings, PA events and WWOM
  • Partner with topic teams and facilitators to develop upskilling sessions that leverage effective learning design principles to create meaningful and actionable learning experiences; liaise with regional/system/local leadership and facilitators to schedule TURBO sessions.
  • Ensure strong connection of the TURBO upskilling campaign to the broader MDP curriculum, identifying opportunities to integrate content.
  • Partner with the Global and Regional Chiefs of Staff to define the strategy for the WWOM upskilling agenda, ensuring alignment with firm and business priorities.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the WWOM upskilling agenda, including regular engagement with senior stakeholders, experience design, learning design, program management and delivery, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
  • Leverage research and analytics to continuously improve the impact of upskilling initiatives; conduct additional research as needed, e.g., focus groups, 1:1 interviews, surveys., BCG's senior Learning and Development leaders, particularly our MDP L&D Senior Director
  • BCG's senior firm leadership, including our Global Chief of Staff, Regional Chiefs of Staff, Global People Chair, Chief Learning Officer, Practice Area Business leaders, Topic Owners

    10 years of professional experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment or within Learning
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, organizational development or related field
  • Large-scale project management experience, including budgeting and vendor management
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge. Previous experience within one or more of the streams would be a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a distributed environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into operational outcomes
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, capable of driving consensus across various organizational levels and functions; understanding of the BCG environment preferred
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Experience in global collaboration, understanding cultural nuances and L&D best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Some travel required, including to Global and Regional WWOMs.
