Global Mobility Specialist

We are seeking applications from dynamic individuals with experience in supporting and managing all aspects related to global mobility. This individual will be focal point within UK business for all mobility matters including expatriates and Impats. Role Responsibilities include;

• Define personnel cost estimate required by business
• Defines in coordination with P&C Manager and Business Leads/Project Leads mobilization policies for projects/Sites based on Group policies and Country regulations
• Acts as point of contact for international mobility
• Process Immigration and permitting (expatriates, inpatriates, direct hires from abroad)
• Establish secondment contracts for expatriates and Inpatriates
• In coordination with Tax department analyses tax planning and Tax obligations (personnel income tax).
• Analyses Social Security planning and obligations, fill necessary forms
• Onboarding, administration and offboarding of employees under international assignment
• Manages intra-Group orders and invoicing related to global mobility
• Supports international project staffing
• Apply company International mobility policies
• Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
  
  We would anticipate the individual to have;
• Bachelors degree (preferably HR related)
• Knowledge on Laws & Regulations (e.g. Immigration & Permitting, International taxation, etc.)
• Financial and budgeting skills (plus)
• Taxation knowledge
• Good communication skills (listen, analyse, influence)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Stakeholder Management skills
• Fluency in English
