Global MSAT Implementation & Support Manager

This role exists to provide technical and operational leadership working strategically across borders and boundaries within the biologics network in collaboration with and influencing site cross functional project teams in implementing strategic projects and new process technologies:
Role Responsibilities;
To be accountable for all aspects of the Global Implementation & Support Team performance management including recruitment and any disciplinary activities in support of the Global Biologics Operations organization ensuring departmental goals are met through defined monitored business KPI's:
Ensuring the team work strategically providing technical oversight, leadership and direction across sites and technologies imparting considered support for MSAT, Group Operations (MPTI), Supply Chain and Program Management so that project timelines are met, risks are managed, and projects deliver business efficiencies.
Maintaining a cross site, cross discipline view of procedures and operations to ensure we are 'One Lonza' in the eyes of the Customer, which will involve occasional international travel to provide on-site support per business requirement.
Proactively utilizing and overseeing R&D, Global MSAT / Technical Operations and other internal organizations as necessary to support the GBTO strategy, Process Technology Harmonization Plan, capital planning and future technology deployment consistently to Biologics operations.
Developing and continuously improving our Internal technology selection and deployment approach and programs working with site MSAT and manufacturing operations to reduce cost, enhance consistency to meet Lonza Biologics Operations strategic goals
Providing structure and connection throughout the network, imparting leadership, direction and guidance to network MSAT teams on best practice approaches, complex problem resolution according to site and customer requirements.
