Full Job Description

The Global Organisation Effectiveness COE partners with HR and business leaders across Diageo to ensure our organisation is set up to drive efficient business performance aligned to our growth ambition, is integrated across the different parts of the business, and ensures we are 'future fit'.

Reporting into the Global Director Organisation Effectiveness, this role will drive organisation design on large-scale transformation programmes, build capability in market and function to enable the design of targeted organisation effectiveness efforts, and strengthen our workforce planning. This role will also partner closely across our global HR COEs, unlocking interdependencies in our work across talent, capabilities, skills and organisation design.

Collaborating efficiently across the HR community, this role will also contribute to our ongoing HR transformation efforts as we maximise technology, data and external insights to shape the future.

You are an experienced organisation effectiveness professional who has built up deep organisation design and change skills in a multinational corporate or professional consultancy.

You build relationships across all levels of the organisation to rapidly become a trusted advisor, and have the business insight to connect the drivers of business performance and culture to organisation design.

You are able to quickly assemble facts/data, analyse and formulate concrete insights - using these to challenge openly and build strong business cases/story telling narratives.

You have strong programme management skills and can plan and prioritise deliverables across multiple workstreams.

An ability to manage competing priorities, and an understanding how to get things done in a global matrix organisation are also critical.
