Full Job Description
As the PR, Influencer & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing initiatives across press and influencer partnerships, as well as event planning. This is a varied and exciting role for someone passionate about fashion, media, and brand-building. The role is based at the Wolf & Badger HQ in Soho, London, where our team ordinarily works together in-person approximately 3 days per week., Public Relations (PR):
- Manage daily PR tasks, including responding to media and product sample requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with press and media outlets to secure regular and consistent coverage.
- Research and pitch stories to target media, focusing on fashion, lifestyle, and sustainability.
- Coordinate sample management and support on PR and influencer gifting, including management of product sourcing from global designer community, send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns.
- Monitor and report on PR campaigns, including tracking media placements and coverage and evaluating performance metrics.
- Assist with the creation of press materials, such as press releases, mailers, and media kits.
- Maintain and organize PR resources, including media databases, press lists and gifting inventory.
- Keep track of relevant industry awards and help prepare submissions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns, media outreach, and press initiatives. Influencer Marketing:
- Support the growth and management of the Wolf & Badger Tastemakers program.
- Identify, build and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values.
- Coordinate the logistics of influencer partnerships, from onboarding to product gifting to content approvals.
- Track and analyse influencer campaign performance to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance influencer marketing efforts.
- Assist in concepting creative ideas for influencer outreach, campaign themes, and gifting initiatives. Events:
- Assist in planning and executing PR and media-focused events, including press days, launches, and store openings.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as supplier and sponsorship outreach, organising DJs and sound system setup, guest list and door management and goodie bags.
- Provide on-the-ground support during events, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand representation. This will often include working evenings and/or weekends.
- Collaborate with our Brands team to support customer-facing events.
- Track and report on event performance to evaluate success and optimise future initiatives.
- Contribute creative ideas for event concepts, and branded merchandise.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align event objectives with overall marketing goals. Additional responsibilities:
- Manage annual PR and Events calendar, ensuring plenty of time is allowed for exceptional planning and execution.
- Assist with press and influencer store visits.
- Support the PR Manager in planning and execution of key partnerships and activities.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver required assets and collateral for PR, partnerships and events.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to plan, create and disseminate relevant social media content and rapidly grow our social media community, as well as participating in social media content from time-to-time.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to activate creator and partnership campaigns on paid channels. - 1-2 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or events (internships considered).
- Familiarity with media databases, influencer platforms, and PR practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion, sustainability and independent design.

Competitive starting salary of £29k-£33k per annum subject to skills and experience - Creative work environment in Soho, Central London with flexible hybrid options.
