Full Job Description

This role reports to the Senior PR Manager who is based at 100 Victoria Embankment, London. You are required to be office based 2 days per week at a minimum., The PR & Influencer Marketing function is focused on:

  • Design & implement data-led Social-first PR and Creator Marketing strategies - full year and help define the role social and PR will play in the marketing efforts of the brands your work with
  • Creating a yearly global integrated communications plan for our top 5 markets
  • Partnering with the Dove Masterbrand marketing teams on their campaigns by designing specific toolkits, campaign plans and assets
  • Building relationships with and ensuring success in the priority 5 markets
  • Developing the brand statements and keeping them up to date
  • Leading cohesive PR and influencer measurement and reporting at the global level, and developing the tools
  • Risk and Reputation management
  • Running of global events / brand experiences that drive mass talkability and shareability across social for the brand
  • Lead agility and always-on hijacking of trends for key markets
  • Support with analysis and measurement of communication effectiveness
  • Drive thought leadership building out briefings, talking points and storytelling for key Dove stakeholders
  • Assist with the management of the team budget

    An independent "doer" - a PR and influencer marketing professional (6-10 years of experience either agency and/or in-house) that can project manage
  • A beauty crafter & expert in written and visual content that can craft the most compelling stories that will land in editorial and influencer/social - both earned and paid. He/she/they must know what works and does not work for beauty brands in Others Say and have a passion for beauty and beauty marketing.
  • A thinker that would build the thinking first with clear outline of the why before shaping the what and running with creation
  • A collaborator/networker who thrives on working with different pr & influencer teams (including agencies) and also marketing specialties (brand, r&d, cmi) to craft the best campaigns, and can engage with several agencies to build plans and content.
  • With a strong business mindset focusing on what is needed to drive impact and business results for the brands
  • And a passion for purpose, to help our brands craft or deploy a strong purpose that will capture media's attention and drive engagement

  • Essential experience
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in external communications, within a large organisation, PR & IM agency or media relations. Experience within the beauty industry preferable.
  • Can create and execute the plans and content (visual and written) necessary to succeed in earned and paid storytelling
  • Experience of managing brand PR and influencer campaigns
  • Has managed communications projects and events
  • Has worked in or with a multi-stakeholder environment, and knows how to collaborate to get the job done internally or externally
