Global Production Manager | Jo Malone London (maternity cover)

Jo Malone London has an exciting opportunity to appoint a temporary Global Production Manager to cover a maternity leave absence. This role works closely the Creative Content Director and Creative Operations team in the production & administration of advertising campaigns for Jo Malone London.,

• Ownership of admin surrounding art production, raising purchase orders, SOW / MSAs and managing usage, the Production Manager will be key to the day to day running of the team.


• With support of the Art Production Assistant, owning the production of lifestyle imagery, from comp production, collecting retouch notes from various departments, the production manager will own the process from start to finish


• Key collaborator and communicator within the creative team, maintaining an overarching knowledge of all programmes across the business, able to support and lead where necessary.


• Through working closely with the Ops team, the Production Manager will manage shot list creation and monitoring & updating the shoot calendar from pre- to post-production deadlines.


• Product management relating to photo shoots/film shoots through product SKU tracker.


• Quality control of all creative assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.


• Responsible for Art Production team timelines on workflow management tool (Wrike).


• Management of Art Production Assistant's workload and building weekly agendas/minute taking during weekly Art Production status meetings with the Creative Director, capturing and monitoring key actions points.


• Drives initiatives seeking to improve efficiencies across production through constantly evaluating estimate submissions formats, pre-production schedule and ensuring milestones meetings with key stakeholders are in place.


• Build relationships within the wider ELC Production & Ops teams to share best practice across production and develop evolving briefing templates.


• Maintain strong relationships with ELC Procurement lead to improve the supplier payment process and create robust contracts with our suppliers.


• Strong budget management, ensuring regular communication with finance to update spend by programme across the fiscal.


• Producing in house ad hoc shoots.
  
  The ideal candidate has a strong background in production and the ability to think big picture while keeping a keen eye on important details. They should be comfortable managing budgets and timelines.


The candidate will be an integral creative contributor with superb organisational and project management skills. Working in a fast-paced environment you'll lead multiple projects simultaneously.

The role requires you to be split across office/home and be prepared to work remotely on set (within the UK and internationally).,
• Experience in a similar role ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.


• Excellent research, presentation, and communication skills.


• Understanding of contract management for models, photographer and agencies.


• Be professional, ambitious, highly organised, and self-motivated.


• Previous experience of people management.


• Develop strong & sustainable working relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the organisation.


• Demonstrate evidence of balancing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.


• Evidenced ability to filter & highlight pertinent information from both internal and external environments.


• Advantageous: Professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
