Full Job Description

As our next Global Senior Electronics Engineer you'll be designing analog and digital circuitry for complex, industrial electro-mechanical equipment. What you will do:

  • Concept-to-production design of original, differentiating and proven electronic solutions, utilizing mix of hands-on and computer-aided engineering.
  • Research and improve best practices for analog, digital, and EMC engineering.
  • Interface with other engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand the application space and business requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate high-level electrical estimation to support business planning activities.
  • Lead design reviews and drive improvements in design quality.
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional, multi-site teams.
  • Use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead and create efficient interfaces with third party engineering partners.
  • Aptitude in engineering excellence processes such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Design of Experiments, etc. is a plus.

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in design engineering.
  • Demonstrable record of developing high-quality electronic designs from requirements analysis to delivery.
  • High speed design with USB, Ethernet, LVDS signaling.
  • Cross-functional, multi-cultural, and/or distributed team collaboration experience.
  • Experience developing hardware in an industrial printing domain is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in both verbal and writing. Including facilitation and collaboration skills necessary to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
