Full Job Description
- Disposal Demand Management (30%): Develop refresh and disposal forecasting logic from SmartHub and customer data
- Monitor and analyse SMH for devices entering Circular Services process and identify which devices require transfer.
- Define and maintain logic engines/-tables per country to drive sufficient processing of global disposals e.g. may opt NOT to return as export is required.
- Determine and document disposal action required per device and pass on to Logistics, Refresh Manager, Techical-Finance or Circular Service Partner to initiate required activities:
- Processing outcome will be either Return to Lessor, Disposal or release for remarketing. Not all leased kit has to be returned
- Develop forecasting logic and share with Partners for capacity and capability planning
- Asset query resolution in cooperation mit TCM
- Device Analytics (30%)
- Produce / run / interpret monthly analytics data, apply logic-engines and define required action for relevant devices (digital passport)
- Initiation of KPI measures including relevant parameters to monitor disposal demand and final -results (volumes, throughput times, accuracy etc.)
- Relationship Management
- Establish stable communication channels with internal and external service providers and partners: Work close with OFS, SSL, RDC, TechFinance and other global partners to sufficiently plan and handle Circular Services for DLM customers
- Ensuring a timely flow of information to all interfaces in case of process changes, updates or escalations
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure compliance with the accounting principles and financing rules on disposal transfers and -bookings. Team (10%)
- Collaborate with involved FLS area's to enable sufficient processing
- Organization and implementation of regular operational interface and cross functional meetings
- Active participation in transition and project meetings, ensuring a timely flow of informations
- Passing on knowledge standards and training and supporting new employees
- Projects (10%) & Change Management
- Support in projects to optimize / expand existing services (operational processes/ systems and transactions / IS interfaces)
- Identifying process deltas and continuously drive optimization to automate and improve existing processes or work steps
- Actively participate in "Change management activities" and projects
- Detection of quality problems, derivation, and implementation of appropriate improvement measures
Professional experience or studies in a commercial or business administration position (at least 5 years of professional experience within the IT industry). - CC experience > 3 years or comparable experience in the product life cycle environment
- Very good analytical skills and a pronounced understanding of data and numbers and their preparation and visual presentation
- High level of self-motivation and independent work style
- Ability to take decisions and implement them quickly and sustainable
- Good problem-solving competence with solution-oriented approach and entrepreneurial attitude
- High degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility even in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills (internal and external) with contacts at all levels
- Good time management, self-organization and ability to work in a structured manner
- Basic experience in project management, process orientated thinking and acting
- Excellent knowledge in the use of business applications (ServiceNow, MS Office, SAP)
- Team-oriented thinking and working: experience in moderation, presentations and the motivation of teams
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Sound English skills, written and spoken (minim. B1 level)
- Knowhow around Field Service and Maintenance processes and -interfaces
- Process analysis, design and optimisation
- Identifying global disposal demand and it's related forecasts and planning with/ for the involved parties
- Implementing analytical routines and logic engines to determine correct and in time the devices awating disposal demand
- Continuous development and optimisation of disposal related processes in the e2e circular services
- Good analytical understanding and the ability to present complex issues in simple and structured real-time report
