Full Job Description

This role does not involve requisition management. Instead, it requires using TA knowledge, business understanding and your own ability to engage, influence and partner with stakeholders, to lead international recruitment projects. You will collaborate with teams across two divisions of RELX, Elsevier and RX, to enhance recruiting capabilities, diversity and inclusion, talent intelligence, recruitment technology, and recruitment marketing. The role spans across markets in the US, UK, EMEA, India, China, and Japan.,

  • Consulting and partnering with business leaders and HR teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to significantly improve business TA performance

  • Analysing talent intelligence, candidate and hiring manager feedback, recruitment metrics and market trends. Using this data to shape our recruitment strategy and continuous improvement activities

  • Developing and managing recruitment project plans, timelines, and budgets for global recruitment initiatives. Including marketing and branding, diversity and inclusion, internal mobility, onboarding, candidate experience, recruiting capability etc.

  • Building exceptional relationships with internal and external partners to raise the bar on the value TA brings to the business as a strategic partner, looking beyond just filling roles.

  • Working as the first point-of-contact for the RX business, for any TA needs and escalations, partnering with the HR team and Hiring Managers globally

    Have a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, in a global / multicultural environment

  • Have previous experience in leading and delivering global projects

  • Able to bring a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Bring an understanding of using talent insights to increase the value that TA brings to the business

  • Possess a demonstrated passion for inclusion and diversity

  • Have great communication skills, with the ability to consult, engage, inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
