As the Global Supply Planner you will responsible for delivering the global supply plan by working with the sites and the global Supply Chain team to support the business goals, increase customer focus, and to improve the maturity and effectiveness of the supply modelling process.   • Responsible for optimising globally the UK and US supply plan to support the S&OP (aka the IBP - Integrated Business Plan) 36 month and longer-term business planning process.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the key constraints across the end-to-end supply chain; site capabilities, cost drivers and sensitivities and communicate these as required so that plans are feasible and optimised.
  • Compile and present data in various formats (Excel, PPT) and perform occasional data maintenance and data updates.
  • Collaborate with site teams and global Supply Chain teams to support the overall businesses continuous improvement initiatives (IBP, S&OE, JMPS).
  • Scope
  • This role must secure and maintain strong collaborative relationships with site teams and functional leadership teams within PGMS to source, organize, and present information.
  • This role will make decisions on Noble Metals site capacity allocation strategies which will impact the performance of PGMS operations.
  • Role will cover both the UK and US Noble Metals sites.
  • Role will require understanding of forecasting and a knowledge of capacity management.
  • Will interact heavily with the Supply Chain teams at both sites.
  • The role also interacts with many other business functions, including, Commercial, Operations, Technology and Finance.
  • The role will contribute heavily to ensuring the robustness of our supply chain and the ability to grow the business.

    Experience in S&OP/S&OE
  • Data analysis and systems experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Delivering results and problem solving and innovation
  • MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI experience - desirable
