    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD or SHRM accreditation is a desirable addition to your arsenal.
  • a few years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate, private equity, SaaS, or agency setting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Lead Generation roles.
  • Expertise in global recruitment across the US, APAC, UK, and Middle East.
  • HR Generalist experience is a valuable asset.
