Full Job Description

Travel Requirements - Travel required approximately 20% of the time (customer meetings or internal meetings) Your Mission: Lead the definition of the electrical, mechanical and digital technical solutions of global data center projects of a strategic customer. Be the single point of contact to the customer for all technical matters. What will you do?

  • During the pre-tender stage,
  • + Develop relationship with customer design & engineering team and support them in the definition of their data center architecture by leveraging the appropriate solutions and latest technologies of SE portfolio. + Onboard factories and application centers on the data center architecture and solutions to be tendered and executed for the customer. + Build a network of technical subject matter experts who will support customer.
  • During the tender stage,
  • + Be accountable for developing the technical solution preparation with factories, local and regional application centers, subject matter experts. + Identify, assess the technical risk and set up mitigation plan + Seek technical optimizations to gain competitive edge + Ensure the technical solution offered meets key success criteria + Lead technical clarifications with suppliers (internal & external) and with the customer/engineering firms until the solution is approved
  • After submission of the offer:
  • + Lead the transfer to execution of the technical solution + Remain the technical referent in case of issues during execution + Gather lessons learned for implementation on the architecture/design and submission of future technical offers

    Previous work experience leading technical solutions of large and international customer projects. Technical expertise in the data center market is a plus Proven experience in leading functional and remote teams having various profiles (electrical, cooling, digital/software, structural,...) Proven experience in negotiating contracts with customers Excellent English communication skills
