Global Technical Safety Manager - Electrical Systems

The Global Technical Safety Team is looking for a new team member with expert knowledge in Electrical Systems and Electrical Control Systems, who can support our RESH Technical Safety strategy.What You Will Do As the Global Technical Safety Manager for Electrical Systems, you will support the development and delivery of our global platform for technical safety tools and standards. Working with our global RESH organisation and electrical experts in our sites, technology and engineering functions you will provide electrical expertise and coordination for our team. You will help develop and implement best practices and guidelines for electrical safety and will be instrumental in understanding and supporting the needs across our manufacturing operations. You will ensure that technical safety is considered, according to regional or company set standards and norms. You will support the machinery risk assessment processes of existing equipment, helping to develop tools and train others to improve the capabilities of our safety levels within the operation.

• Extensive knowledge in Electrical Systems and Electrical Control Systems.
• Expertise in product manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Technical experience in equipment integration optimization
• A results-driven approach, meeting business objectives through collaboration and coaching.
• Good communication skills, able to engage, influence, and challenge professionally.
• Ability to lead by example and stay in tune with the shopfloor is essential.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Training needs will be supported where required.
