Global Training Coordinator (Coaching) – Maternity Cover

Position: Part time - 24 hours a week, working pattern to be agreed with manager. Hybrid working is available, but you will be required to also work in our Portsmouth office at Lakeside North Harbour in a hybrid working model. The position is maternity cover, so the position is to be contracted for approximately 12 months., Our external pool of associates (self-employed contractors), whether facilitators, coaches or business psychologists, are critical to the delivery of our work and future ability to scale our solutions. You will be responsible for:

• Coordination of global and regional Coach training opportunities
• Global Coach onboarding management which includes managing ‘how to’ guides (invoicing, coach platform, calendar), supervision etc.
• Ongoing support of our training platform
• Creation of new trainings on the system
• Support and maintenance of quality KPIs
• Monitor and report on global training and feedback
• Point of contact for training queries
• Co-ordination of supervision for Europe Coaches
• Administer ICF certification for training (CCEUs)

• A strong executor, someone who gets through their task list

• In possession of excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence in dealing with people
• Able to build relationships at all levels
• Able to manage to complexities of working with both internal and external stakeholders
