Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Wholesale Manager to lead our international wholesale operations. This role is pivotal in driving our global wholesale strategy, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in wholesale management., Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global wholesale strategies for North America, Europe & Asia. to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter and expand in these markets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify and connect with multi-brand stores that fit the brand image to expand the brand's wholesale customer base and cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for Ashluxe's expansion into international regions.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in target markets.


  • Sales and Performance Management:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management.

  • Develop and manage the annual wholesale budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Executing all plans according to schedule, fulfilling all targets and budgets, and providing comprehensive performance reports Inspire, manage, and develop the Sales Team and network of Sales Agents, setting clear objectives, KPIs, goals, and strong relations.


  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, including luxury department stores, boutiques, and online retailers.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale accounts to maximize profitability and brand presence.

  • Ensure exceptional service and support to wholesale partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

  • Execute focused and excellent Key Account Management and create organic growth in partnerships with existing accounts.

  • Forecast sales and deliver monthly performance reports to shareholders/executives.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for Ashluxe's expansion into international regions.


  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of wholesale professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of wholesale activities.

  • Represent the brand at international trade shows, events, and meetings with key partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to ensure alignment on brand positioning and strategy.

  • Represent Ashluxe at trade shows, industry events, and sales meetings to showcase the brand and network with potential partners.

  • Hold new season showcase appointments during selling seasons for current and new prospective accounts.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience as a wholesale manager, with experience in a competitive environment within luxury retail fashion.

  • Significant international experience working within luxury Sales and contemporary fashion brands.

  • Proven relationships with key industry contacts and influencers, particularly in Europe and the US.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK luxury retail market and an established network of contacts in the industry Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with expertise in retail.

  • Proficiency in French is a plus, but not required.

  • Proficiency using Shopify preferred.

  • Previous wholesale account management experience

  • Strong knowledge of fashion markets

  • Proven track record in developing UK and INTL accounts

  • Experience with JOOR, Zedonk, or similar order management & ERP systems would be advantageous

  • Flexibility to travel
