GMP Rectification Calculations Lead Do you have the skills needed to lead a team performing GMP rectification calculations? We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon's UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients. This is a hybrid role with the ability to work from our Birmingham, Sheffield or Glasgow offices.   • Overseeing the delivery of a bank of GMP rectification projects
  • Scrutinising calculation work
  • Helping to solve any challenges which arise
  • Helping to build the team and upskill others
  • Consulting with client teams and clients on the projects
  • Developing and documenting processes and consulting materials
  • Working with wider management to meet our business objectives
  • This is a lead role and you will be working with others in the team to achieve these objectives, including colleagues experienced in consulting and planning these projects.   • Have experience of similar projects, such as GMP rectification or equalisation
  • Have strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects
  • Ability to identify project risks/issues, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team
