Full Job Description

The "beyond connectivity" (i.e. B&C ) portfolio is a key component of the Vodafone Business strategy and is going distributed through different channels in all the relevant Vodafone Markets with a coverage of SOHO and SME segment as well than Corporate and MNCs . We require an experienced Go To Market manager to execute the Market Acceleration activities for the Larger customer segments, including private and public sectors, for our Global B&C portfolio that will combine the knowledge of the underlying products and proposition, the customers' buying behaviours, with the sales and marketing practices to define and execute pipeline, demand and performance acceleration campaigns. The role has a global scope and existing knowledge of one or more of the VB markets is a plus. The Market Acceleration lead will be responsible to support the launch and the sales acceleration of products and propositions. By using their existing skills or learning new arguments they will proactively identify and design demand acceleration campaigns. Main activities are:

  • Building and driving sales campaigns - define and drives the execution on quarterly campaigns with the OpCos to achieve financial targets
  • Build a content structure guideline and repeatable 'Campaign in a Box' in multiple geographies, providing contents to the marketing function for the campaign activation also through the vodafone digital channels
  • Define offer contents and manage campaign profitability for the Corporate and MNC segment accordingly with the defined budget
  • Intervention Plans to align the performance to the targets

  • Define and Drives Quarterly campaigns plans with the OpCos, Marketing, Proposition and Portfolio
  • Create Demand Gen frameworks / guidelines
  • Drive commercial performance by delivering actionable insights to improve effectiveness and increased ROI of all GTM activities
  • Work with key GTM Design to create joint-growth plans
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio across Group and OpCos to define and drive joint Business Plans

  • Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
