Full Job Description

Identify, recommend and monitor potential goalkeeping recruitment targets This position will take the lead in recruiting U14 - U21 goalkeepers, whilst also assisting in the recruitment of first-team goalkeepers in collaboration with the Scouting and Intelligence Manager. You will play a vital role in the club's player auditing processes and will be responsible for generating detailed player reports. Additionally, it's essential to develop, expand, and maintain strong contact networks. This is a full-time role that requires regular weekend and evening work, along with significant travel throughout the UK and internationally. Your scouting background Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the football industry, including the rules and regulations related to players and recruitment. You will demonstrate a proven ability to cultivate productive and collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, from the touchline to the boardroom.
