To provide the highest quality of customer service standard with the aim of exceeding expectations at all times, both operationally and administratively
To maintain a smart and tidy appearance at all timed and to comply with uniform requirements.
To act as a Sales Person, promoting the image of the Hotel and Country Club at all times.
Efficient and satisfactory handling of customer complaints and avoidance of these complaints by maintaining consistent, excellent, attentive and timely customer service.
Provide information and guidance to prospective customers regarding club facilities, procedures and prices.
Ensure that visitors are successfully inducted into the Club.
Liaise with Head Greenkeeper and key departments to coordinate any special events that may require special set up on the golf course.
Liaise with F&B, Meetings and Events and kitchen to ensure event co ordination runs smoothly.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Golf shop, promoting Luton Hoo retail products with the highest level of service delivery.
Assist in the efficient running and co ordination of golf days.
To ensure the required level of stock is maintained at all times to ensure an efficient service. To ensure regular stock take checks are carried out and to be proactive in eliminating end of month differences.
To at all times exceed expectations and offer a personal and informative service to enhance the enjoyment of the customer and maximise up-selling opportunities

You will be a highly organized person with a keen eye on the details
