Full Job Description

You will be accountable for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Workplace Governance elements of the wider project(s) aligned to capabilities, ensuring these are delivered to agreed timeframes, quality targets and within budget.
Day to day, you'll spend your time supporting projects managing the modernization of products and services for colleagues right across BT. You'll unlock new ways of working for BT colleagues, making it easier to create better value for shareholders and customers. You'll also manage the strategic planning (people, process, technology, data, costs) of end-to-end persona-based experiences, resulting in improved productivity and collaboration right across BT.

You'll have 1-5 years' experience of managing small to medium sized, simple and complex technical delivery projects and have the following skills:

  • Stakeholder management - To Senior Manager and occasionally Director level. Can facilitate and manage key stakeholders across the organisation, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicate this to business audiences

  • Communications - Ability to communicate and tell a story to all levels within a corporate workplace

  • Leadership - Comfortable managing people in matrix environment

  • Able to pick up and grasp technical concepts

  • Proactive mindset and willing to learn
