- Hybrid Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you'll do Working as part of the IT Operations team lead preparation for internal and external presentations up to GMT/ExCo-level, with a clear message, suing analytical & technical business context to create a story and an eye for precise presentation & detail. This will include, Operations Reviews, plan & host the All-hands, Strategy material, Interlocks, MOR's, Quarterly Business Reviews, internal and external engagements, market reviews, etc. To be prepared you will need to keep a pro-active calendar and ensure preparation for the upcoming key events for SLT & Digital & IT Director & Senior Governance & Transformation manager.
- Your primary focus will be with the IT Operations function. You will be liaising across all the IT & Digital teams, Group IT Operations & senior leaders and forming relationships with all key stakeholders will be critical for your success.
- Lead the cultural engagement, Psychological safety, D&I and change of Vodafone UK and EU markets in line with Group-wide ambitions for Tech2025. This will include building an engaged team, and modern technology culture, with a clear comms roadmap, strategy and initiatives to drive Spirit, fostering a culture where people feel great about working in our team. Lead initiatives supporting inclusion, generating energy, and building community that drives quantifiable business impact. Facilitate and plan key events such as All Hands, spotlight sessions & Operations conference for both the UK and wider EU market.
- Aligned to the Vodafone Technology & UK IT & Digital strategy, develop the IT Operations strategy, plan and roadmap for the year including OPEX. Support the cascade and alignment of objectives and drive the completion of goals in line with our strategic plan.
- Come up with visual and creative ways to re-invent and track OKRs ensuring the right level of visibility and focus is given to top priority objectives and working with the team to put in place action/improvement plans where necessary to ensure OKRs are met
- Manage awards submissions and constantly be on a look out for new external opportunities for the team to participate in industry competitions Who you are
- Passionate about the transformation journey from Telco to a Digital Techco and would require understanding of the industry and DevOps culture. You will be driving a new culture, tight control and a world-class internal & external communications strategy.
- Ability to understand issues at both Operational and Strategic levels and to influence stakeholders to action;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- High degree of proficiency with PowerPoint, word and excel;
- Exposure to matrix/stakeholder management, has a desire to learn, and a strong ambition to progress personally / professionally along with the evolution of the Operations function;
- Able to structure documents and quantitative analysis into compelling documents for executive level interaction;
- Proven strength in stakeholder management and collaboration; building effective relationships and navigate across levels and functions with ease and diplomacy, building trust and confidence.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, global, and commercial environment with tight deadlines, able to think on your feet to get things done;
- Be able to manage meetings efficiently including prepping, planning agendas & action tracking, supporting unblocking issues where they occur;
