We manage a private sector supply chain that delivers essential estates, security, and facilities services without which we cannot safely open our offices and serve our customers. We make sure this huge and complex network operates effectively, and our team is committed to making DWP's estate smaller, more adaptable, greener, and better.,

- Assist in the transparency of value-for-money project proposals from inception to completion within the business case process.
- Assist in the engagement of key operational phase stakeholders to drive design innovation which benefits the whole life of an asset.
- Liaising with key stakeholders, delivery partners and main contractors in highlighting to Asset Management hierarchy that key Soft Landings project milestones are on track, all relevant policies are considered (such as sustainability), and all soft landing reporting is assured and submitted on time; in line with the Government Soft Landings/Building Services Research and Information Association (BSRIA) soft-landing principals.
- Responsible for soft landings process and associated documentation.
- Assisting in the delivery of validated and assured data to others for decision making.
- Delivery of project outcome reports related to Asset Management. This should be encompassed by a holistic approach to Post Occupancy Evaluations on changes within the DWP Estate alongside other stakeholders and responsible parties.
