GP Partner

Lister House Surgery is seeking to appoint a GP Partner who can contribute to the running of the business, with strong leadership skills and who is able to take on projects to continually improve the Practice., The role involves delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population of over 47,000. We have 4 sites which makes up our own Primary Care Network (PCN). You will provide consultations, triage, home visits, and prescribe according to national guidelines, while managing patients with complex conditions and promoting healthy lifestyles. You will work in line with the highest standards care, delivering evidence-based medicine to meet a variety of health needs in a Primary Care setting.

You will be a self-employed and are empowered to run the business as one of the Partnership. You will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy and be able to influence both the business and clinical management of the Practice for the benefit of our Patients, Staff and for the continued success of the business. The ideal candidate should be willing to commit to up to 8 sessions.

Lister House is comprised of an expansive multidisciplinary clinical team consisting of 7 GP Partners, 13 Salaried GPs, 6 ANPs, 25 highly skilled Nurses, 7 Clinical Pharmacists, 2 Pharmacy Technicians, 6 Physiotherapists, 8 Mental Health Workers and over 40 experienced Administrative and Reception Staff. We operate from state of art facilities across 4 locations;
