Full Job Description

You'll be a group product owner within Assisted and Automated Driving department with demonstrable agile delivery experience to lead and deliver the SW platform for our existing and new platforms. You will have worked in and taken a key role in dynamic delivery focussed teams, be ready to try new things and have the passion for delivery needed to really drive positive change. You may currently be working in the software, or another engineering domain and will have a passion for developing products and services in a collaborative way. You will have key knowledge in low level software development and delivery appreciating the importance of high-quality designs. You will be part of a strong and competent team with a complex and demanding stakeholders & supplier engagement and your primary responsibilities will be to lead, develop, present and get agreement on the proposals for the product development and delivery of your product in an agile way. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Product leadership of a Platform Software Group
  • Maintain a product roadmap for short, medium and long term continuously evaluating with stakeholders and adjusting in accordance with agile methodologies.
  • Leading the development, presentation and agreement of quarterly proposals for the product development to senior leaders across the business.
  • Ascertains and delivers objectives & requirements to the squad
  • Maximizes the value of the outcomes that the squad works on
  • Ensure continuous improvement of squad performance using data from tools such as JIRA

    Previous experience working within a technical environment and delivery of Autosar platform services and Diagnostics, QNX, and managing complex systems.
  • Experience within engineering Product Management/ Product Development/ Product Ownership/ Engineering delivery experience
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and software
  • Experience with Agile Management software or Programme management Software
