Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Luton Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young students? Location: Luton Start Date: September 2024 Salary: Competitive (£85 - £95 per day weekly pay) Sector: Education and Training About the Role: As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' educational journeys. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will assist in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. This role is ideal for a graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in education, with the potential to progress into a teaching career. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to access the curriculum
and achieve their learning goals. Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and delivering engaging activities. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require additional assistance in their studies. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, promoting their confidence and independence.Requirements: Recent Graduate: A degree in any subject, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
