Full Job Description

The Graduate Account Executive will be supporting the team in managing our Global Distribution customers, which focuses primarily on Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Booking Tools (OBT) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). This role will have a portfolio of customers assigned; key responsibilities are outlined below: Responsabilities:

  • Provide day to day support to an assigned portfolio of Global Distribution customers.
  • Build and manage successful customer relationships.
  • Produce external customer facing collateral and help compile internal presentations.
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute them with the help of the team.
  • Assist the team with the ongoing platform migration project.
  • Ad-hoc projects and business support as needed.
  • Support on development and managing a customer communication plan.
  • Negotiation and renewal of existing customer contracts.
