Full Job Description

As a Graduate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing and new clients who use our dealer management software (DMS). This involves:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Advise clients on forthcoming company and product developments.
  • Articulating and positioning the benefits of add on Pinewood DMS products & features, taking responsibility for the presentation, quote and sale
  • Weekly updates of your sales forecast and customer interactions in Dynamics.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs around client engagement are met.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Pinewood products and service offerings.
  • To continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations.

You have a sharp eye for detail and thrive on the challenge of solving complex queries, finding satisfaction in every solution you provide., Graduate with a 2:1 as minimum
  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard
  • GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above

  • We will provide full training and you will be based at our Head Office next to the NEC on the Birmingham Business Park., Pinewood Technologies PLC was established in 1981, with our head office based in Birmingham, UK. We offer a cloud-based Dealership Management System for retailers in the global automotive sector. Our DMS allows automotive retailers to work more efficiently and assists them with providing a high standard of customer service, resulting in higher profits. Our system is also complemented by a range of integrated mobile apps which helps to further digitalise processes within the motor dealership. Our customers represent over 50 major automotive brands, with over 30,000 people using our DMS on a daily basis in the UK, the Nordics, South Africa, Asia Pacific, and various countries across Europe.
