Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Bid coordinator to further develop their skills and knowledge within Bid Management. You will be responsible for supporting the development of responses to Pre Qualification Questionnaire( PQQ's), , Invitation to Tender (ITT's), Request for Quotation (RFQ's).This role will be based in our Warrington office.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Reviewing client documentation for completeness.

  • Supporting the PQQ activity and qualification processes.

  • Responding to Requests for Quotations in liaison with the Bid Manager.

  • Maintaining the central library of information and supporting material.

  • Attending bid planning meetings.

  • Assisting in the development of the story-board process.

  • Able to develop written content / bid responses.

  • Managing the tender preparation and response process on small bids.

  • Managing bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.

  • Negotiating with and managing sub-contractor and supplier inputs.


  • Close working relationships with other Orano sites and client sites may be required, which may require travel to those sites (dependent upon opportunity).

    Qualifications & Experience
  • Educated to Degree level

  • A general knowledge of Bid Management


  • The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK, and be willing to obtain SC clearance.
