By working closely with our Agency and Property Management teams, we are able

to provide our clients with a turnkey service, servicing their assets with nationwide coverage. The Building Consultancy team has a position available immediately in our Bristol Office for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a RICS accredited degree. The role will encompass all aspects of Building Consultancy. The successful candidate is expected to be a good communicator, be self-motivated and have a good eye for detail. Key responsibilities:- Supporting Building consultancy team Site visits to carry out inspections Taking measurements Assisting Surveyors in preparing schedule of conditions and other reports Liaise with other departments Skills and Experience:- Understanding of all Building Consultancy disciplines Good attention to detail, with a strong numerical and written ability Able to write clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions & recommendations Knowledge of AutoCAD, NBS software and Microsoft packages Knowledge of building construction, M&E installations and
contract management.
