Full Job Description

We're looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Transportation team based in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire., As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll be assisting in the inspection, assessment, and management of buildings and construction projects, ensuring that they meet relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements Your day to day will include:

  • Conduct site visits and building inspections to assess the condition, identify defects, and evaluate repair or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports, surveys, and specifications for repair, refurbishment, or new construction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • Support senior surveyors in project management, including monitoring costs, timelines, and contractor performance.

  • What are we looking for? We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Building Surveying or a related field. The role of Graduate Building Surveyor is great for you if:
